The team a Max Perram's and especially Natasha made a very difficult time for me bearable. We used them just over two years ago when my mother in law passed and just now I called them to help me when my husband died in his sleep with no warning. Natasha was patient, kind, professional and compassionate. The whole team made sure that I was able to honour and celebrate my husband and went above and beyond to help me personalise everything from the custom black coffin, use of sunflowers and the design of the memorial card. I can't thank or recommend them enough.

From the very first phone call we were comfortable using Max Perrams ,when we had our first meeting with Natasha she was very comforting and caring after the loss of our dad she was a calm voice that we needed . Everything was easy to plan with great communication at every step. I also had a follow up call from the celebrant to see how we were doing
I cannot speak highly enough of Steven who worked with us on my Mothers funeral. The support that he gave us in organising everything was amazing and at all times he showed compassion and empathy. Steven helped to organise every step and always guided us and took time to really understand what was important to us. Steven was then able to suggest and advise on aspects that made the service perfect. On the day he was there for all of us and helped it run smoothly.
